Oh I know, but they should look different no matter what. And I dont know if I so much like this trade off, they should look different and you should be able to have (well I guess we soon will) 3 different kinds.

I agree, I wish the lower level minions would be a different look as well. I love getting two per corpse for some builds, and EOE and Death Nova are extremely deadly with double your normal supply of pets.

Just wanted to throw it out there in case you hadn't realized that the horror was the same melee creature - I see know you did!

Can't wait to see that new elite animate skill in action.

There will be 2 new summons in factions.
These are:

Animate Flesh Golem - Elite Spell - Death - 15e, 3c, 30r
Exploit nearest corpse to animate a lvl x Flesh golem. The flesh golem leaves an exploitable corpse. You can only have one Flesh golem.

Animate Vampiric Horror - Spell - Death - 25e, 5c, 15r
Exploit nearest corpse to animate a lvl x vampiric horror. Whenever a Vampiric Horror you control deals damage, you gain that much health.

Highest possible level:

12 - attributes
1 - scar pattern
3 - superior rune
2 - awaken the blood
1 - cane with 20% chance of leveling up
1 - off hand with 20% chance of leveling up
level 20 is the max. Unless I'm missing something.

That mod does not exist on a cane, either.

Level 17 is the max on chance, giving level 19 horrors and fiends.

In the icon the Minions look like undead scarabs. I wish they'd represent that.

No, because Bone Minions have different tasks than Bone Fiends or Bone Horrors. You get two instead one which means more energy from the Soul Reaping. They are also weaker which is good for Death Nova. They are like walking bombs which you can trigger by using Taste Death skill after you have casted Death Nova on them. Good for BiP necro also. Gain health and energy so you don't have to be low health build like 55 or 105 hp. Bone minions and high Soul Reaping for the win.

Didnt bone minions use to look different? I swear when the game came out and I used bone minion it looked different than now. Was I dreaming? :|
